Scandinavian Minimalism in Hong Kong

Project description

Once A Day is a menswear fashion brand based in Hong Kong founded by Karin and Anders Lundholm. As the name suggests, their brand represents serendipitous luxury and enjoying good things in life, “Once A Day”.

The Once A Day team approached us to create a revamped brand identity to elevate the brand with more personality whilst maintaining their design values towards Scandinavian minimalism.

We created a versatile identity around the "Once A Day Sun", symboling time and day and a reminder to treat yourself well. The symbol is designed to be versatile and be able to be used on different applications from clothing tags; to bags and gift boxes; to products such as cufflinks. Visuals and art direction support from good friend and frequent collaborator, Archie McLeish.

This project also proudly recieved a Merit Award at the DFA Design For Asia Awards 2025 under the discpline of commuication design.

Once A Day 是一家總部位於香港的西裝訂製與男裝品牌,由一對瑞典夫婦創立。正如品牌名稱所暗示的那樣,品牌形象代表著意外的奢華,以及「一天一次」享受生活美好事物的理念。

 

他們找到我們,希望打造一個全新的品牌形象,在保持北歐極簡設計風格的同時,賦予品牌更多的個性與辨識度。

 

我們圍繞 Once A Day 太陽標誌設計了一個多功能的品牌形象,象徵時間的流動,也提醒人們要善待自己。該設計工具包具有高度的靈活性,能夠應用於各種場合——從服裝標籤、手提袋、禮品盒,到袖扣等配件。
