The Story of Grace Vineyard & Ceilidh Distillery

We were in invited by Grace Vineyard’s CEO Judy Chan to visit their latest venture in Ceilidh Distillery and the Grace Experience Center. Grace Vineyard has been a longstanding and pioneering company in the Chinese wine making business of the past 27 years. This new venture sees to them enter the new realms of gin and whisky.

Our role in this project was to elevate the distillery tour experience of the Grace Experience Center. As a company steeped in history, the Grace Experience Center has already elements of an exhibition built to showcase the family history of the Chans; celebrating the location of Longyan, Fujian and the culture of “Huaqiao”; showcasing the history of their wines; to how their new gins and whiskies are made.

Through copywriting and design, we helped the Grace Experience Center create distinctive themes across their 7 unique experiences across the tour. Within each experience, we helped them tell their story and showcase their upcoming venture with further depth and passion.

Our design approach wanted to reflect the minimalism of the interior and architecture of the Grace Experience Center and Ceilidh Distillery. By using the existing branding of Angie Gin, we wanted to push the existing illustration style across different applications such as wall murals to menus for the gin workshop. Regarding copywriting, through in-depth discussions and conversations with our client, we created a tone of voice which reflects the brand beyond a product but as a way living symbolized by their mantra, “Live with Grace”.

我們受怡園酒莊CEO陳芳Judy Chan邀請,參觀他們最新的項目——德熙蒸餾廠與怡然體驗中心。自1997 年成立以來,怡園酒莊一直是中國釀酒業界的先驅與中流砥柱。這項全新計畫標誌著他們正式進軍金酒與威士忌領域。

 

我們在這個項目中的角色,是協助提升怡然體驗中心的整體參觀體驗。作為一家擁有深厚歷史底蘊的企業,怡然體驗中心本身就設有展覽區域,用以呈現陳氏家族的歷史、福建龍岩地區與華僑文化的傳承與意義,展示怡園酒莊的釀酒歷程,以及他們如何製作全新的金酒與威士忌。

 

透過文案與設計,我們為怡然體驗中心的七個不同參觀體驗區域打造了鮮明的主題。每一個體驗區都講述著品牌的故事,並以更深刻且充滿熱情的方式呈現他們的新篇章。

 

在設計上,我們希望呼應怡然體驗中心與德熙蒸餾廠建築與室內設計的極簡風格。以他們的金酒品牌 Angie Gin 為靈感,我們延伸並豐富了既有的插畫風格,應用於牆面壁畫、金酒工作坊菜單等多個設計載體。至於文案部分,透過與客戶的深入對話,我們共同塑造出一種超越產品層面的品牌語調——一種象徵生活態度的精神,正如他們的品牌座右銘所言:「Live with Grace怡然生活」。
