Finding the spirit of Wild Mist Gin

Working with Youyun Distilling, the team behind Chinese crafted gins such as The Rambler, we were tasked with creating the identity of Wild Mist Gin. Wild Mist Gin is made from local ingredients found in Southwestern China. Our studio designed the primary and secondary packaging; created their Chinese slogan; and created their marketing materials to support the product.

The story behind Wild Mist Gin is rooted in the two founders, Fraser Kennedy and Mia Sun, and their love for nature and their partnership in life and business. The two blue magpies, a bird found in Yunnan, are the heroes of the bottle. The background is an illustration inspired by a mountain where a hike and conversation between the founders led to the birth of Wild Mist Gin.

The label is an 8-layer screen printed directly on the bottle to create a beautiful yet unique aesthetic instantly recognizable when seen behind the bar or in one’s hand.

Wild Mist Gin is a high quality locally distilled gin which celebrates the best ingredients of China and invites our drinkers to enjoy the good life.

遊雲酒業是一家在本地擁有盛譽的企業，旗下包括金酒品牌TheRambler漫遊者。遊雲酒業邀請我們進行合作，為其品牌Wild Mist Gin冰嵐創造形象。Wild Mist Gin冰嵐是一款由中國西南部自產原材料製作成的倫敦幹金酒。鐘式設計為其設計了一級和二級包裝、中文標語以及市場營銷物料來輔助銷售。

WildMist Gin冰嵐的故事根植於兩位創始人Fraser Kennedy和Mia Sun對自然的熱愛和從生活到生意一向默契的合作，而兩只來自雲南的藍鵲是酒瓶設計中的主角。背景插畫的靈感來自兩位創始人在山中徒步時的一次對談，由此促成了Wild Mist Gin冰嵐的誕生。

該圖案由八層絲網印刷工藝直接印於瓶身，其雅致與獨到的美學風格令其不論是在酒吧吧臺或是握在手中都具有極高辨識度。

WildMist Gin冰嵐是一款優質本地蒸餾金酒，因地制宜使用當地原料，並寄託對美好生活的享受情懷。
